Henderson Chambers at IBA Paris 2023

Henderson Chambers is looking forward to attending the International Bar Association’s Annual Conference in Paris from 29 October to 3 November 2023.

Chambers will be represented by barristers Henry Warwick KC, Kathleen Donnelly KC, James Williams, James White, Reanne MacKenzie and William Moody. Accompanying them will be Jason Housden (Chambers Director) and Daniel Kemp (Senior Practice Manager).

Kathleen Donnelly KC will be speaking at a session organised by the Class Actions Committee: “Global class actions – coming to a court near you”. The event will be held at the International Chamber of the Paris Commercial Court at 1215h to 1330h on Tuesday 31^st October, with judges from around the world participating in a mock trial in a Paris courtroom deciding who is in and who is out and the limits on the reach of extraterritoriality.  For more information on this session click here.
