Kathleen Donnelly KC will be one of the speakers at the IBA Annual Conference in Paris Class Action / Litigation Committee session on “Global class actions – coming to a court near you”, being held at the International Chamber of the Paris Commercial Court on Tuesday 31 October from 12:30-13:15.
Jurisdiction over non-resident group members is one of the emerging hot spots in class actions. Hear judges from around the world in a mock trial in a Paris courtroom decide who is in and who is out and the limits on the reach of extraterritoriality.
