Black Talent Charter

We are proud to be a supporter of the Black Talent Charter.

The Charter aims to change the representation of black professionals in the UK by recognising talented black men and women, and enabling them to build careers which can place them at the higher levels within organisations.

In order to achieve this goal the Black Talent Charter acts as a hub of knowledge. Organisations can then use this knowledge as a base to build on policies promoting black talent. Signatories of the Charter are also offered guidance on diversity and the workplace, and are set targets for the recruitment of black talent.
