Kathleen Donnelly appointed King’s Counsel
Henderson Chambers’ members and staff warmly congratulate Kathleen Donnelly on her appointment as King’s Counsel following a ceremony at Westminster Hall, Palace of Westminster and the Royal Courts of Justice on Monday 27th March 2023.

Kathleen has a broad commercial litigation practice with particular experience in Group Litigation. She was first junior in two of the most notable group cases in recent years: for VW in the Volkswagen NOx emissions litigation and for the Claimants in the Post Office group litigation. She was also instructed in the high-profile aviation dispute between Qatar Airways v Airbus and previously acted in the Sports Direct bonus claim litigation, and the OCENSA pipeline litigation.
