Henderson Chambers features in The Legal 500 and Legal Business and Legal Business Disputes Yearbook 2024
The Legal 500 and Legal Business Disputes Yearbook 2024 has been published and Henderson Chambers makes a number of appearances.
James White features in two of the Yearbook cases of the year: Gormsen v Meta, acting for Meta; and in the CICC Interchange Fee proceedings, acting for the proposed class representatives.
Also mentioned is Secretary of State for Health and Social Care v Primer Design Ltd and Novacyt SA, in which Adam Heppinstall KC, Lucy McCormick, George Mallet, Thomas Mallon and William Moody acted for the Department of Health and Social Care in their claim alleging that the defendant companies supplied defective Covid test kits. This claim is set for a four-week trial this summer.
