Top Tips to Triumph at FOS: Webinar with Thomas Samuels – Wednesday 30 November 2022

To coincide with the forthcoming release of the second edition of Mis-selling Financial Services, Thomas Samuels will be running this lunchtime seminar providing practical guidance for practitioners and clients dealing with complaints before the Financial Ombudsman Service.

The expanded scope of the FOS jurisdiction means that it is now dealing with matters of increasing complexity across a range of sectors. Thomas regularly advises those facing such complaints covering a variety of issues including “green washing”, affordability and general allegations of investment mis-selling. He is also frequently instructed to advise and act in judicial review proceedings against FOS determinations.
