The second edition of Mis-selling Financial Services, co-authored by Thomas Samuels, is now available in both hard copy and e-book.

Mis-Selling Financial Services provides a practical guide to the complexities of this flourishing area of litigation. Following the popularity of the first edition amongst practitioners involved in both bringing and defending such claims, the text has now been updated to reflect the most recent developments and includes two new chapters on the Financial Ombudsman Service and unfair terms.
