The Future of Procurement Litigation: A brave new world? – Webinar with Rhodri Williams QC, Jonathan Lewis & Hazel Jackson
Henderson Chambers is pleased to invite you to a webinar by Rhodri Williams QC, Jonathan Lewis and Hazel Jackson who will consider how Brexit and the Government’s Green paper are likely to affect procurement litigation.
This will include:
- An introduction to the Trade and Co-operation Agreement and the Agreement on Government Procurement (“GPA”) which will form the basis of any new unified set of procurement regulations.
- Analysis of the Government’s proposals to ensure fair and fast challenges to procurement decisions, including amongst other things, the use of the new Limited Tendering Procedure in response to crisis; change to the focus of litigation (cap on damages), MAT v MEAT; disclosure requirements and lifting the automatic suspension.
