John Ratliff speaking at the CompLaw: Advanced EU, London Conference – 25 April 2024

John Ratliff will be speaking at the CompLaw: Advanced EU, London Conference 2024 being held at the Hilton London Paddington on 24-25 April 2024. John will be speaking on day two of the conference, on Thursday 25 April.

He will be focusing on the EU General Court’s judgment in the Bulgarian Energy Holding case, which concerned access to a transit pipeline for gas supply and related infrastructure. The Court annulled the European Commission’s decision finding an infringement of Article 102 TFEU. The case raised many important issues, including when is there a refusal of access, capacity for conduct to have exclusionary effects and access to file.
