Sir Alan Dashwood QC & Adam Heppinstall QC contribute to UK Supreme Court Yearbook
The UK Supreme Court Yearbook for 2018-19, delayed by the Pandemic, has just been published. Professor Sir Alan Dashwood QC and Adam Heppinstall QC wrote the chapter on Food Safety Law. Both are available for instruction in public law regulatory case, particularly those involving Retained EU Law.
The UK Supreme Court Yearbook (Volume 10) is the pre-eminent publication offering a comprehensive and critical analysis of the UK Supreme Court’s legal year by leading commentators and practitioners, including the Court’s Justices, prominent barristers and academics.
