Tim Green in complex H&S sentence heard by video link

Tim Green successfully appeared for a construction company and its director in a complex health and safety sentence at Chelmsford Crown Court on 4 June where the one day hearing was heard entirely through video link. This follows Tim’s appearance on 8 April at Stoke Crown Court in one of first remote sentencing and confiscation hearings heard in England and Wales arising from the unlawful deposit of 18,000 T of flammable waste by A500 prosecuted by the Environment Agency.
