Personal Injury law is a core area of work for Henderson Chambers and it forms the backbone of the practice of a substantial number of barristers within Chambers, many of whom are recognised as leading practitioners by the directories in either personal injury law or in related areas of practice (such as health and safety and inquests). We deal with the full range of accident claims ranging from low value road traffic accidents to the most serious catastrophic injury and fatal accident claims, as well as utilizing our expertise in significant group actions, such as the Nuclear Test Veterans litigation.
