Henry Warwick KC instructed by lead firm in Blue Sky Fraud ‘mass claim’

Henry Warwick KC acts for 2,574 Chinese citizens whose savings were lost as part of the notorious Lantian Gerui (“Blue Sky”) Ponzi-style fraud in China.  The investors wish to trace their lost money into the estimated US$4-5 billion of crypto assets seized from Qian Zhimin, the so-called ‘Crypto Queen’ who was arrested in the UK in 2024.  Fieldfisher LLP has been appointed lead firm in the first phase of proceedings, in which Henry has obtained orders for case management as a mass claim to ensure the prompt and fair resolution of the complex questions that arise.
