Tim Green KC speaking at IADC / BIICL Product Liability Forum event – Tuesday 7 October

We are pleased to inform our clients that Tim Green KC will join a regulatory panel of speakers at the Product Liability Forum Meeting on Current Regulatory & Litigation Challenges, co-organised by the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIILC) on Tuesday 7 October 2025 at Charles Clore House, 17 Russell Square, London WC1B 5JP.  This is one of the most popular and well attended events of the year for product liability and product safety practitioners.

The panel also includes Jeffrey S. Bucholtz (King & Spalding) and John Sorabji (UCL & Nine chambers), and will cover topics including Product Safety policy, reform & enforcement, perspectives on US regulatory approaches under current administration, and an update on Third Party Funding Reform.
