Judgment in London Capital & Finance Plc v. Thomson and others

Judgment of Miles J has been handed down following the 20-week trial of fraudulent trading claims by the administrators of LC&F against its former CEO and a range of individuals and companies. Henry Warwick KC acted for two defendants, the claims against whom were compromised by the joint administrators of the claimant companies part way through the course of trial. Henry was instructed by Nicola Phillips at Crowell & Moring U.K. LLP.
