John Ratliff will be speaking at the 33rd Annual Advanced EU Competition Law conference in Brussels organised by Informa Connect, which will be held between 25-27 November 2024.

John’s presentation is on “Major Events and Policy Issues in EU Competition Law 2023-2024” and takes place at 9:50am on Tuesday 26 November.

He will cover:

• recent EU Competition legislation, including the draft EC Guidelines on Exclusionary Abuses
• ECJ/GC cases, including important rulings on competition and sport, pay-for-delay, abuse of dominant position, cartel appeals and damages
• EC decisions on cartels and Art. 102 TFEU
