All claims between the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care and Primer Design /Novacyt, one of the Legal Business Cases of the Year 2024, arising out of Covid-19 tests supplied to the Government during the pandemic, have settled.
Adam Heppinstall KC, Lucy McCormick, George Mallet, Thomas Mallon and William Moody were instructed to represent the Secretary of State by the Government Legal Department.
