Exploring the Post Office case and access to justice with Patrick Green KC – Wednesday 12 June 2024

Patrick Green KC will be joining a panel event hosted by the Commercial Litigators’ Forum on Wednesday 12 June, speaking on the Post Office case and access to justice.

Patrick won the coveted Barrister of the Year by The Lawyer in 2020 after securing victory for 555 Sub-postmasters in the landmark Post Office Group Litigation of the Year award in 2020. Patrick will be joined by litigation funders Richard Blann (Head of Litigation and Conduct Investigations at Lloyds Banking), Rob Rothkopf (Balance Legal Capital LLP), Phillip Leibfried (Burford Capital) and Sarah Abram KC (Vice Chair of Advocate) to discuss the rise of group actions and the role of litigation funding in access to justice as well as the part pro bono can play in bringing cases.

The discussion will be followed by a Q&A session, followed by networking drinks.
