As part of London International Disputes Week (LIDW) 2024, we are hosting a panel event with Harbottle & Lewis and Maitland Chambers on AI Disputes: A Litigator’s guide.

Our panel consisting of Lizzie Williams, Shireen Peermohamed, Lucy McCormick and Racheal Muldoon will explore:
• Actual and potential disputes arising in the AI sphere, including issues surrounding IP and ownership, targeted legislation, and contractual and tortious issues more broadly.
• How traditional legal principles apply to disputes involving AI products and services.
• Litigation risk and mitigation strategies for organisations using AI.
