LIDW 2024: Henderson Chambers Speaking at Member-Hosted Event – Thursday 6 June 2024

Henderson Chambers, Baker McKenzie, Ankura and Fladgate LLP will host the panel, “The next wave of mass claims: future trends in group litigation” as part of London International Dispute Week 2024. The event, which will take place on Thursday 6 June at 11:00am, will address the evolving mass claims landscape including considering the complex tactical, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects of such cases.

In a session moderated by Mark Banks, Adam Heppinstall KC, Robert Jones and Nadia Osborne will look at the future of mass claims through the life cycle of a dispute, addressing questions such as:

• Should we expect an increase in mass claims and which sectors are likely to be targeted next?
• How will groups form and what impacts will technology and funding have?
• What can we learn from developments in mass claims in other jurisdictions?
• What new strategies will be used by Claimants and Defendants?
