The Lawyer’s Top Ten appeal cases of 2024 features Infrastructure Services Luxembourg and another v The Kingdom of Spain.

In May 2023, Spain’s application to set aside the registration of a €120m arbitration award in England was dismissed by the High Court. Spain has been granted permission to appeal and the case is set to appear in the Court of Appeal in 2024.
