Henderson Chambers Participates in LIDW22

Henderson Chambers is proud to be a member of London International Disputes Week taking place w/c 9^th May 2022,  promoting London as a global hub for disputes resolution.

LIDW attracts audiences from jurisdictions globally,  and celebrates London as a leading centre for handling the resolution of international disputes. With its theme: ‘Dispute Resolution – Global, Sustainable, Ethical?’, LIDW22 will provide crucial insights on the business and law of international dispute resolution.

Malcolm Sheehan QC, Henry Warwick QC and Adam Heppinstall QC will all be participating in events scheduled during the week:

• On Wednesday 11 May, Adam Heppinstall QC will be participating in a panel discussing “Key Global Trends”, the session will look at key risk trends in ESG initiatives with the ever-increasing scrutiny of organisations’ activities in this area;
• on  Thursday 12 May,  Malcolm Sheehan QC will be speaking at a session on “Innovation and Collaboration in Life Sciences Disputes” covering innovation, collaboration and sustainability in the Life Sciences sector including a discussion around the theme, among others, of product liability;
• also on Thursday 12 May, Henry Warwick QC will be chairing a session on “Class Actions & Collective Redress” exploring the evolving landscape for class, group and other collective proceedings.
