Adam Heppinstall QC and Kathleen Donnelly speaking at the International Bar Association’s Annual Litigation Forum

Adam Heppinstall QC and Kathleen Donnelly will be speaking at the IBA Annual Litigation Forum 2022 which takes place in London from 27th to 29th April 2022.

Adam and Kathleen will be joining a session Chaired by Sophie Lamb QC (Latham & Watkins) and Dennis Horeman (DeDe Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, Amsterdam, the Netherlands) considering where and how an NGO might litigate to force a reduction in a steel company’s global emissions by 50% by 2030.  The discussion will range across the issues of jurisdiction, cause of action and remedy.

The session will take place on Friday 29th April from 11:00 to 12:30 (BST).
