Post Office Litigation – Henderson Chambers features in final print edition of The Lawyer

In the final print version of The Lawyer after 34 years, the cover story describes the narrative of the Post Office civil litigation and the legal team that took on the case. With perspectives featured from the entirety of the claimants’ team – from counsel, solicitors, litigation funders and insurance brokers – the story addresses the logistical challenges of mass litigation.  It includes key tactical decisions and memorable moments of the process, and how they were experienced by all involved.
