Article on Good Faith, by Patrick Green QC in New York Dispute Resolution Lawyer

The New York State Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section has published an article by Patrick Green QC in the Spring 2020 issue of New York Dispute Resolution Lawyer.  The article (on p.26) deals with the approach to implied obligations of good faith in English law and other common law jurisdictions, and is complemented by an article on the approach in the Middle East and North Africa region as well as in civil law systems (on p.29).  These articles will be of interest to those involved in international and domestic commercial disputes.
