HSLA webinars – healthcare inquests & sentencing for fire safety

Around 200 clients and practitioners joined webinars for the Health and Safety Lawyers Association hosted by Henderson Chambers held on 16 and 18 June. Tim Green and Elizabeth Tremayne reviewed the critical questions concerning changes in the law and procedure governing inquests in the healthcare sector. Rachel Tandy discussed the difficult subject of sentencing in fire safety cases.
