Patrick Green QC is The Times’ Lawyer of the Week

Henderson Chambers are delighted to announce that Patrick Green QC is this week’s Times Lawyer of the Week , following his successful representation for Ian Shanks in the Supreme Court that reversed the decisions of the Court of Appeal, High Court and the Intellectual Property Office. The five justices ruled unanimously that the inventor is entitled to £2 million as a fair share of the benefit derived by Unilever, his former employer, from his glucose-testing inventions.
