HSLA seminar at Henderson Chambers with an address by Sir Colman Treacy, former Chairman of the Sentencing Council

The HSLA and Henderson Chambers are pleased to invite you to an address by Sir Colman Treacy, former Chairman of the Sentencing Council, at Henderson Chambers on Thursday 17 October 2019.

The evening will be made up of two talks:

• “The Development of the Sentencing Guidelines for health and safety offences, corporate manslaughter and gross negligence manslaughter” by Sir Colman Treacy.
• “Trends in the application of the Sentencing Guidelines” by Oliver Campbell QC
• Tim Green (Chair)

This event is free to HSLA members but non members can join HSLA and attend free of charge.
