No Man Is an Island: Compelling Witness Evidence in Support of Arbitration Proceedings Seated in London
Parties to arbitration proceedings seated in London may wish to compel evidence from witnesses located outside the English jurisdiction by applying to the English and/or foreign courts for assistance.
