Public Procurement Rules Do Not Apply To Emergency Patient Transport Services Provided by Non Profit Organisations

Public Law analysis: Ambulance services provided by a not-for-profit organisation, where there is a risk of deterioration of a patient to be dealt with by qualified staff, are not subject to the main provisions of public procurement law, according to a recent decision of the Court of Justice.
