Appointments to List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law

Henderson Chambers is delighted to announce that Tim Green, James Purnell and Rachel Tandy are appointed to the List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law.

In August 2012 the List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law was established. The Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency and Office of Rail and Road are joined on the board by Natural Resources Wales, the Care Quality Commission and the Office for Nuclear Regulation.

Following a recent competitive selection process conducted jointly by all members of the board, Tim has been re-appointed to List A, James is elevated to List B, and Rachel is appointed to List C.
