Tim Green speaking at series of HSLA Seminars in May and June 2019

Tim Green will be speaking at the Health & Safety Lawyers Association series of special events to be repeated on 3 dates at 3 venues in Birmingham on Thursday 2nd May, Manchester on Thursday 6th June, and London on Wednesday 12th June 2019.

There will be a panel discussion on ‘The Duty of Candour and its development since Grenfell’ preceded by a short seminar ‘Recent changes in the law and process in the Coroner’s Court’. Tim will provide a summary of recent changes in the admissibility of evidence and procedure in the coroner’s court.
