Patrick Green QC to speak at the 21st Annual IBA Arbitration Day, in Buenos Aires, in February 2018.

Patrick Green QC has been invited to speak on the panel at the opening Mediation Committee Breakfast at the 21^st Annual International Bar Association Arbitration Day, on 25-26 February 2018 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Patrick will be discussing  the interface between mediation and arbitration and, in particular, the delegatus non potet delegare principle with Carlos Forbes of Mundie Advogados (President of the Center for Abitration and Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce BrazilCanada (CAM-CCBC), São Paulo.

The discussion will be moderated by two well-known officers of the IBA Mediation Committee, namely Gary Birnberg of JAMS, Miami, and Andrea Maia of FindResolution, Rio de Janeiro.
