Vehicle Technology and Aviation Bill—insurance proposals for driverless cars
The Vehicle Technology and Aviation Bill presently proceeding through parliament is designed to modernise the transport system for the future. The Bill has been described as ‘the world’s first driverless car insurance legislation’, and also addresses infrastructure for electric vehicles and protection of aircraft from laser attacks.
