Brexit Article 50 hearing before the Supreme Court

Patrick Green QC, Henry Warwick and Matthieu Gregoire , instructed by Crofts Solicitors are appearing for the Expat Interveners in the much publicised Supreme Court case concerning the Government’s proposal to give notice to leave the EU under the Treaty on European Union without the further consent of Parliament.

The appeal is to be heard by an unprecedented 11 Justices of The Supreme Court from Monday 5 December to Thursday 8 December 2016 inclusive.

Their clients, known as the Expat Interveners in the case, are a group of British citizens who are all Members of Fair Deal for Expats an organisation set up since the referendum in order to try to achieve the best deal for the estimated 1-2 million British Citizens who live in another EU country.

The entire proceedings will be streamed live via the Supreme Court website. Numerous broadcasters are also running complementary feeds.
