Permission to intervene in Article 50 Brexit case
Patrick Green QC, Henry Warwick and Matthieu Gregoire are instructed by Croft Solicitors, on behalf of a group of British citizens who live in, or have significant connections with, France and whose lives are directly affected by the issues arising in these proceedings.
Patrick Green QC and Henry Warwick attended the hearing today in the legal challenge in respect of the Government’s intention and ability to trigger Article 50 of the Treaty of Lisbon without the consent of Parliament.
Their clients were granted permission to intervene in the case.
