Value of the thresholds under the directives on Public Procurement applicable from 1st January 2016
The new thresholds for contracts governed by the Public Contracts Regulations came into force on 1 January 2016, and will be in place until the end of 2017.
This article by Rhodri Williams QC outlines the new EU public procurement thresholds which will be published in the Public Procurement Law Review later this year.
