Information or advice: the value judgment
This article by Andrew Davies was first published in the Butterworths’ Journal of International Banking and Finance Law.

Andrew’s article considers the development of the distinction, and its application to innovative products such as online platforms, with particular reference to the FCA’s finalised guidance in FG15/1 (‘Retail investment advice: Clarifying the boundaries and exploring the barriers to market development’).
