5th edition of ‘Clinical Negligence’ published

Henderson Chambers is very proud to announce the latest (5^th) edition of “Clinical Negligence” (editors Dr Michael Powers QC and Dr Anthony Barton) has just been published by Bloomsbury Professional Ltd, which contains a chapter entitled “Product liability for medicinal products” co-authored by Charles Gibson QC, Geraint Webb QC and James Purnell, with research assistance by Lucy McCormick, all of Henderson Chambers.

The chapter, which is the largest in the book, draws on the unrivalled expertise of members of Henderson Chambers in the field of pharmaceutical product liability. The chapter provides in depth analysis on regulatory context, claims under the CPA 1987, claims in negligence, claims in contract, causation, limitation and practice and procedure.
