James Williams wins the Health and Safety Lawyers’ Association essay prize
We are pleased to report that James Williams has been announced as the winner of the inaugural Health and Safety Lawyers’ Association essay competition.
James is a member of the Health and Safety Group at Henderson Chambers.
His winning entry, which considers the disparity between complacent public perceptions of H&S law and the more troubling reality, can be found here.
