Adam Heppinstall acts for Culture Secretary in FOI appeal
Adam Heppinstall acted for the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport in an attempt by a BBC journalist to obtain privileged legal advice relating to the BBC licence fee settlement of October 2010.
