Credit Card Killer: non-party costs order made against claims management company
Thomas Evans secures third-party costs order against Credit Card Killer (Momentum Networks Limited) on the basis of its conduct of the case and financial interest in its outcome.
Thomas Evans appeared on behalf of Santander and successfully argued that the claims management company Momentum Networks Ltd should be ordered to pay costs due to its interference in the case.
