Business Conflict Management at the IBA Conference
Patrick Green shared a platform with Roland Schroeder of GE, David Burt of Dupont, Al Hilber of Swiss Re, David Talbot of Coca Cola and Bill McLeod, at the IBA Conference in Vancouver on 5 October 2010. The subject was Business Conflict Management and participants benefitted from hearing the perspectives of key in-house counsel on current approaches to ADR, including early appraisal and mediation. Patrick Green spoke about innovative systems for early warning and dispute prevention, being pioneered by ResoLex.
The session was organised and ably co-chaired by F Peter Phillips of Business Conflict Mangement LLP and Jane Player of Bird & Bird. The session was reported in the IBA Daily News.
