Represented the defendant waste management company in a prosecution arising out of a fatality
- Advising company in respect of the HSE and Police investigation following a fatality during the construction of a sewage treatment plant in Leeds
- Defending the company which operates at the Brookwood Cemetery in a trial for breach of environmental health legislation including the depositing of waste without a licence
- Seminal cases, such as Cambridge Water, various cases involving the alleged contamination of agricultural lands by chemicals, sewage and airborne dioxins, contamination of industrial and domestic water supplies, large-scale workplace contamination by asbestos and by industrial chemicals
