- Advising the operator of a theme park in relation to the police and HSE investigations following a customer fatality
- Accidents involving falls from indoor climbing walls
- Injury to member of public during deliberate fire-walking as part of motivational training
- Acted in a long inquest and subsequent prosecution following the death of a visitor to the Concorde exhibit in Bristol
- Claim brought by a former Manchester United player whose career was ended by a reckless tackle by a Middlesbrough player. The claimant was awarded damages of c£4.5 million in a case that again attracted considerable publicity in the national press
- Acting on behalf of Defendant in a high-profile criminal prosecution by the HSE arising out of a fairground ride accident, which resulted in extremely serious injuries (including tetraplegia) being occasioned to two of the riders
- Acting for well known producer of bicycle components in claim arising out of mountain bike accident
