Health and safety
- Representing the LFEPA at the Inquest into Firefighters Faust and Meere (the first London firefighters to die in the course of firefighting for a decade)
- Representing a fire and rescue authority in an appeal against an improvement notice served by the HSE
- Advising the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority on anti-terrorist and civil resilience matters
- Advising the Olympic Delivery Authority on health and safety responsibilities
- Acting for the authority in respect of various health & safety investigations and related civil matters arising from the use of asbestos
