  • Representing a fire and rescue authority in an appeal against an improvement notice served by the HSE
  • Advising the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority on anti-terrorist and civil resilience matters
  • Advising the Olympic Delivery Authority on health and safety responsibilities
  • Acting for the authority in respect of various health & safety investigations and related civil matters arising from the use of asbestos
