  • Florez Arroyo and others v BP Exploration Company: Group action concerning property damage and financial losses allegedly caused an oil pipe line in Colombia.
  • Petrol Contamination incident: successful settlement of multi-million pound dispute arising out of a nationwide petrol contamination incident in February 2007.  Members of Chambers have acted for 2 of the 3 main petrol companies involved and a supermarket chain (Tesco).
  • The Buncefield Litigation (Commercial Court): Members of Chambers represented various parties in the multi-party litigation arising out of the Buncefield explosion (losses over £400m).
