  • Mulheim v. Chemetall (High Court, June 2007): successful defence at trial of claim concerning losses arising out of alleged failure of oil pipeline coatings
  • OFC v. Micro Milling & 10 Others (High Court, settled October 2007): Representing ten US Defendant Kaolin manufacturers in a multi-party contract and tort claim concerning complex forum and applicable law issues
  • Advising a manufacturer in respect of employer’s liability insurance:  Cover declined on receipt of judgment in respect of matters previously known to insurer
