• Defending company facing charges arising from a fatal workplace accident, where a lift fitter was killed due to allegedly poor  working practises and inadequate equipment.

• Advised and represented a construction company in respect of the prosecution arising from a crane fall during the construction of the Altitude 25 development in Croydon in which 8 people were seriously injured and £10M worth of property damage was sustained to a nearby hotel and commercial buildings

• International Commercial Arbitration, UNCITRAL Rules (parties confidential):  acting for the insurer in a multi-million pound arbitration in the Middle East under local law concerning coverage in connection with a major plant failure
