Disability Discrimination – Haworth v HMRC
Judgment handed down in Haworth v HMRC, in which Patrick Green and Kathleen Donnelly advised the Official Solicitor and drafted arguments on matters of disability discrimination, which were successfully deployed and developed by insolvency counsel who appeared for the claimant.
